Are your products tested on animals?

All our products are cruelty-free and no animal testing has been conducted during the manufacturing process.

 

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders above $80.

 

Do you ship outside Singapore?

Currently we do not ship overseas.

Currently our products are available online only.

 

Why is the colour or appearance of your candle different?

Our hand poured candles have no chemicals or preservatives added. Our fragrance oils are 100% natural and can have different colours and consistencies which may affect the physical appearance of your candle. Please note we use 100% soy wax which can cause imperfections such as frosting and uneven surface. It is not uncommon for your candles to look slightly different from batch to batch.

 

Are your paper products eco-friendly?

Yes. All our paper products, including gift boxes and packaging are made from 100% recycled paper. Certificates can be provided upon request.
