Shipping and Returns

• Please double check that your shipping information is correct at checkout.

 

• Orders above $80 will be shipped free of charge.

 

• We do not offer international shipping at this time.

 

• We are partnered with Easyship and shipping costs are determined by weight. At checkout you can select your preferred shipping method. An order confirmation email will be sent once an order has been placed including tracking information.

 

Return policy

• At PaperJar all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped.

 

• Due to the nature of our products we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we will replace items damaged during shipment (photographic proof is required). Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
